Shipping policy

Free delivery to Dexterity Dance school: your items are dropped at the school and the date appears in your account and drop email. Standard items usually arrive at the next available drop; drops for one order can arrive in stages and each drop email lists exactly which items it contains.

Standard UK delivery: 3.50 GBP. Postal orders are sent in one complete parcel once every item in the order is ready. They are not split into multiple deliveries.

Making times: standard stocked items are usually ready within days; printed items take up to 2-3 weeks; bespoke made-to-order uniform takes up to 6 weeks. Your account shows the live status of every item.
