Terms of service

This shop serves families of Dexterity Dance and Gymnastics. Access requires a parent account and the school passcode; please keep the passcode within the school community. We may withdraw shop access when a child is no longer at Dexterity.

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch or drop your items. Prices are in GBP. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance.

Personalisation: names and text are printed exactly as you enter them and it is your responsibility to check spelling. For named items we email a proof for approval before printing. Personalised and bespoke items cannot be cancelled once printing or production has started.

Sizing: size charts are guidance. The free sizing check is offered in good faith; the final size choice remains yours.

Bespoke timescales: up to 6 weeks for made-to-order uniform, up to 2-3 weeks for printed items.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
